How It Works
See exactly what a tender asks for — in minutes, not hours
Tender documents are long, complex, and full of requirements buried across dozens of pages. Tender Award reads the entire document for you and extracts every requirement, deadline, and compliance item into a clear, actionable checklist.
The problem with reading tenders manually
- RFT documents are often 50–200+ pages long with requirements scattered across multiple sections, annexures, and returnable schedules
- Missing a single mandatory requirement can disqualify your entire bid — even if you're the best-qualified tenderer
- Manually reading and extracting requirements takes 4–8 hours per document, time most businesses can't afford
- Requirements are buried in dense legal and procurement language that's easy to misread or skip
- Deadlines and submission instructions are often spread across different sections with no single summary
How Tender Award works
Three simple steps to go from a complex RFT document to a clear, categorised checklist you can act on immediately.
Upload your tender document
Drag and drop your RFT, ITT, RFQ, or EOI document into Tender Award. We support PDF, DOCX, and TXT files up to 10MB. Your document is processed securely and never stored on our servers.
AI reads and analyses every page
Our two-pass AI system first identifies the document structure — returnable schedules, sections, and annexures — then extracts every requirement, deadline, and compliance item under the correct headings.
Get your structured checklist
Within minutes you have a categorised, searchable checklist with every requirement flagged as mandatory or desirable, all key deadlines extracted, and a summary of the tender. Export to PDF or Excel and share with your team.
What you get from every analysis
Every tender document is different. Tender Award adapts to the document structure and gives you a complete picture of what's required.
Categorised requirements
Every requirement is extracted and organised under the RFT's own headings — returnable schedules, evaluation criteria, and compliance sections — so you can work through them systematically.
Mandatory vs desirable flags
Each requirement is flagged as mandatory (must respond) or desirable (should respond). This helps you prioritise your time and ensure you never miss a pass/fail criterion.
Key deadlines extracted
Submission deadlines, briefing session dates, Q&A cut-off dates, and contract start dates are pulled into a single, scannable deadlines section at the top of your checklist.
Search and filter
Search across all requirements by keyword, or filter to show only incomplete items. Find exactly what you need without scrolling through hundreds of line items.
Track your progress
Check off each requirement as you address it in your tender response. See your completion percentage at a glance so you know exactly how much is left before submission.
Export to PDF & Excel
Download your checklist as a formatted PDF for offline review or an Excel spreadsheet for team collaboration. Share it with your bid team, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Why seeing what the tender asks for quickly matters
Decide faster whether to bid
Most businesses waste hours reading an entire tender document only to discover it's not a good fit. With Tender Award, you can review the full requirements summary in minutes and make an informed go/no-go decision before investing days in a response.
Never miss a mandatory requirement
The number one reason tenders are disqualified is missing a mandatory returnable schedule or compliance requirement. Tender Award flags every mandatory item so you can verify your response is complete before you submit. One missed item can waste weeks of work — this prevents that.
Allocate your team's time where it matters most
When you can see all the requirements at a glance, you can assign the right people to the right sections immediately. Your estimator works on pricing while your safety manager handles the WHS section — in parallel, not sequentially. This cuts your response time significantly.
Spot the evaluation weighting early
Tender Award extracts evaluation criteria and helps you see what the client values most. If technical capability is weighted at 40% and price is only 20%, you know where to invest your effort. Understanding this early shapes a stronger response.
Respond to more tenders with the same team
If reading each tender takes 6 hours and you can reduce that to 10 minutes, your team can evaluate and respond to significantly more opportunities. More quality submissions means more chances to win, without hiring additional people.
What documents can I analyse?
Tender Award works with any procurement document that contains requirements a tenderer needs to respond to. This includes:
Supported file formats: PDF, DOCX, and TXT. Maximum file size: 10MB. Documents longer than 180,000 characters are automatically truncated to stay within analysis limits.
Your documents stay private
- Your tender documents are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after analysis
- Your analysed checklists are saved locally in your browser — only you can see them
- Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) option available: use your own Anthropic API key so your document text never passes through our backend at all
- No account creation required — no email, no password, no personal data collected
- Clear your saved data at any time with the clear button in the results page header
