Tender Award uses a two-pass AI analysis. The first pass scans the document for returnable schedules — structured forms, tables, or appendices that the tenderer must complete and return. If found, these become the category headings for the checklist. If no returnable schedules exist, the AI creates appropriate headings from the document’s own structure and terminology.
